This work is inspired by our recent trip to lamberts bay on the west coast, to experience the constant activity and liveliness of these Cape Gannets it thrilling.

I have tried to capture the essence of the feeling I got observing these gorgeous birds which belong to a colony of up to 40 000 gannets together with the quite overwhelming current strength of the South Atlantic ocean
